Mimix Broadband Receives $10M of New Investment from GaAs Labs

Investment Strengthens Balance Sheet and Supports Continued Growth; Existing Investors Also Participate

July 17, 2008, Houston, Texas - Mimix Broadband, Inc., a leading fabless semiconductor company, announced today that it has secured $10M of additional investment in its fourth round of institutional financing. The investment from GaAs Labs and participation in the round by existing investors will allow Mimix to pay off debt and provide working capital
to the company for further growth in the diversified microwave and millimeter-wave marketplace.
