Rick
Montgomery, a cofounder of Microwave
Networks Incorporated (MNI), serves as CEO
and director of Mimix. MNI was a supplier
of point-to-point digital microwave radios
that was founded in 1982 and successfully
merged into California Microwave in 1995,
forming the largest supplier of microwave
radios in the United States at that time.
In addition to founding a successful company,
Mr. Montgomery has 30 years of experience
in high technology companies in the areas
of general management, international sales,
research and development and strategic product
marketing. Mr. Montgomery brings extensive
international business experience as demonstrated
by his achievements in major sales and operations
established in Mexico, Singapore, the Philippines,
Australia and China. Mr. Montgomery received
a BSEE from North Carolina State University.

Carl
Frampton, former CFO and COO of MNI,
serves as Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer. Mr. Framptons background
encompasses successful financial management,
profitable acquisitions and divestitures,
as well as several re-capitalizations, private
placements and merger transactions. A CPA
with 30 years of experience and a background
in a Big 8 accounting firm, Mr. Frampton
is a well-rounded financial and operations
executive with multi-national exposure.
Mr. Frampton received his BBA from the University
of Michigan.

Dr.
Jim Harvey, CTO Emeritus, has more
than 30 years of industry experience and
helps establish the overall technical direction
of the company. Dr. Harvey has served as
the head of the Australia Design Center
since 1993 and prior to that worked at GEC
Plessey Telecommunications and Exicom Australia
Pty Limited. Earning a PhD in Electrical
Engineering from University of New South
Wales, Dr. Harvey has a detailed technical
background, which includes digital transmission,
modulation and signal processing with expertise
in millimeter-wave, microwave, optical fiber
systems and digital telecommunications systems
design.

Damian McCann,
CTO, has more than 20 years of experience
in microwave and millimeter-wave component
development, device modeling and design.
Before joining Mimix, Mr. McCann was Vice
President of Advanced Marketing and Technology
for Celeritek, Inc., where he led strategic
planning efforts, identified target market
opportunities and, as leading technologist,
worked closely with engineering teams. During
his 14 years at Celeritek, Mr. McCann successfully
secured key orders, grew the companys
customer base by 1100%, and captured 14%
of the relevant market share. Prior to his
tenure at Celeritek, Mr. McCann advanced
to Principal Engineer at GEC Plessey / Marconi
Electronic Products, England. Mr. McCann
holds a Certificate Degree in Marketing
from UCSC , Santa Clara, and graduated from
Queens University of Belfast, N. Ireland
with a B.Sc. (Honors) in Electrical and
Electronic Engineering.

Greg
Baker, Senior Vice President Sales
and Marketing. Most recently with Sirenza
Microdevices as Vice President International
Sales, Mr. Baker brings more than 20 years
experience in RF and microwave component
design, marketing, and sales to Mimix. Mr.
Baker was one of Sirenza's first employees,
and during his ten-plus years with the company
served in numerous technical and managerial
roles, including Senior Director of Marketing,
Vice President of Engineering, Vice President,
and General Manager of the Standard Products
Unit. Prior to joining Sirenza, Mr. Baker
worked in RF design and technical management
positions for several electronics companies,
including Fujitsu Microelectronics, ITT
(GTC), Hughes-Delco, and Motorola. He received
his B.S.E.E from Texas A&M University,
an M.S.E.E. from Georgia Tech, and an M.B.A.
from the University of Phoenix

Guy
Krevet, Vice President Special Projects,
has more than 35 years experience at leading
RF manufacturing companies. By providing
expertise in the areas of new product line
development, off-shore manufacturing, operational
integration, acquisition outsourcing and
product line optimization, Mr. Krevet has
enabled growth oriented organizations to
achieve operational excellence. Prior to
joining Mimix, Mr. Krevet worked at Sirenza
Microdevices, Xicom, Avnet and Avantek.

Donald
P. Mathes, Vice President Operations,
has over 30 years of experience managing
a broad range of semiconductor and high-tech
manufacturing operations in the U.S. and
worldwide. Mr. Mathes designed, built and
ramped to production a world class semiconductor-manufacturing
facility for a start-up wafer foundry in
Taiwan. Today, the company is the first
pure-play six-inch GaAs wafer foundry in
the world. Mr. Mathes background spans
everything from proposal preparation to
contract administration, procurement to
master scheduling, and resource budgeting
to facilities expansion. Mr. Mathes holds
an MBA and a BS, Business Management from
California Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Julie
Teinert, Vice President Marketing,
comes from a strategic marketing background
in the Electronic Components industry and
brings product management and marketing
communications expertise to the Company.
Prior to joining Mimix, Ms. Teinert was
Product Line Manager at RF Monolithics,
Inc., a SAW component manufacturer, where
she also served as Marketing Communications
Manager and was responsible for Strategic
Planning. Ms. Teinert previously held positions
as a marketing consultant and advertising
account manager in the high technology industry,
with proficiencies in marketing analysis,
project management, communications, consumer
promotions and channel management. Earning
a BA degree from the University of Texas
at Austin, Ms. Teinert also holds an MA
in International Management Studies from
the University of Texas at Dallas.

Kit
Yong, Vice President Business Development,
holds MSEE and BSEE degrees from Columbia
University, and an MBA from the National
University of Singapore. Mr. Yong has extensive
experience in wireless networking, PC and
telecommunications industries and was a
former member of the board of directors
at Wi-Fi Alliance. Prior to Mimix, Mr. Yong
was VP, Business Development at LinCom Wireless,
a fabless semiconductor start-up developing
IEEE 802.11a and 802.11b WLAN chipsets.
Mr. Yong has also directed the wireless
product business units at Dell Computer
and Compaq Computer, and worked at the AT&T/Lucent
Technology Bell Labs as R&D director
and technical manager.

Mimix Broadband Board of Directors
Jeffrey P. Blanchard has over 20 years experience in venture capital and private equity investing. In 1984, Mr. Blanchard founded and serves as the Managing Member of First Capital Group, a venture capital and private equity investment management firm with over $150 million in institutional funds under management. Mr. Blanchard earned B.B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from The University of Texas at Austin. In 1989, Mr. Blanchard was chosen as Entrepreneur of the Year in South Texas by Ernst & Young and INC. Magazine.

Greg Carlisle, Managing Director of Gefinor Ventures, has over 20 years of experience in software development, high-technology company start-ups, and venture capital investing. He began his career as a senior manager for Andersen Consulting, then founded and grew several start-up companies, successfully managing them to achieve rapid growth. Mr. Carlisle founded and served as President of Jones Cyber Solutions and was responsible for leading the software services company's rapid growth, resulting in $12 million of sales revenue within its first three years. Mr. Carlisle received a BA degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Arthur W. Epley III, past President and cofounder of Microwave Networks, is Chairman of the Board and an investor in Mimix. He co-founded Datatex Corporation, an electronics manufacturing company, and served as its Chief Executive Officer. A successful entrepreneur with more than 30 years experience in telecommunications and electronics industries, Mr. Epley has a complete understanding of the microwave industry and lends his vast experience to the Mimix team. Mr. Epley holds an MSEE from Rice University, a BSEE from Columbia University and a BA from Hendrix College.

Dr. Charles Lee, former strategic advisor to Microwave Networks, also is an investor, board member and strategic advisor of Mimix. Dr. Lee is the Chairman and founder of Charles Lee Enterprises, an information industry business development firm with a specialty in Asia/Pacific alliances since 1989. He was General Partner of Abacus Ventures, a venture capital investment company, from 1985 to 1997. In addition, Dr. Lee was a former member of the board of directors at TranSwitch Corporation.

John H. Warner, Jr. is currently Executive Vice President of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), a leading systems, solutions and technical services company. Dr. Warner joined SAIC as a member of the technical staff in 1973 and served on its Board of Directors for nearly twenty years. As SAIC executive vice president, he has responsibilities for risk management, contracts and procurement, and serves on numerous SAIC committees. He also chairs the SAIC Retirement Plans Committee and the Executive Risk Management Committee, the committee responsible for executive-level risk policies and guidance. Prior to his current position, Dr. Warner served as Chief Administrative Officer. Before that he had line executive management responsibilities, including a major SAIC segment with over 13,500 employees and seven diversified sectors, as well as an independent group with total annual revenues in excess of $1.6 billion. Dr. Warner serves on the Board of Directors of AMSEC LLC, a majority-owned subsidiary of SAIC. In addition, he serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the California Chamber of Commerce, the Corporate Directors Forum, and the Board of Trustees for Scripps Health. He also serves on the Jacobs School Council of Advisors at UCSD. He was a recent four-year member of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
